HISTORY

Senator Hotels and Apartments is one of the first and foremost establishments in Ukraine to provide high-quality, fully serviced and furnished rooms and apartments for travelers who want to live in and experience all that Kyiv has to offer. The Senator chain now consists of three apart-hotels, all located in the downtown area of Kyiv: Senator City Center  (30 rooms and apartments), Senator Victory Square (35 rooms and apartments) and Senator Maidan (42 rooms and apartments).

Senator City Center, the very first professionally serviced apartment hotel in Kyiv and the CIS, opened its doors to its guests in May of 2005. The project was a great success and the second property of the chain, Senator Victory Square, was unveiled just two years later. The newest addition to the hotel collection, Senator Maidan, located in the very heart of Kyiv, just a few steps away from the Independence Square, welcomed its first
guests in 2013.

Originally, all the properties belonged to prosperous Kyiv-based merchants and were built as expensive mansions, but later turned to tenement residences. Despite their rich past and historical significance, the buildings remained neglected for many years until they were fully-renovated by DEOL Partners and re-opened as Senator Hotels and Apartments. Today, all three hotels in Kyiv occupy marvelous buildings with gracious, beautiful exterior that catches the eye of anyone walking around the area.
