SENATOR MARKS 10TH ANNIVERSARY
This year Senator Hotels and Apartments (formerly Senator Apartments) celebrates its 10-year anniversary milestone.
Launched in 2005, Senator Hotels and Apartments is one of the first and foremost establishments in Ukraine to provide high quality, fully serviced and furnished apartments for travellers who want to live in and experience the best Kiev has to offer.
Today it comprises three apart-hotels, all located in central Kiev: Senator City Center (formerly Senator Apartments City Center); Senator Victory Square (formerly Senator Apartments Executive Court); and Senator Maidan (formerly Senator Apartments Maidan).
During its 10-year journey, every year both individual travellers and professional companies ranked Senator Hotels and Apartments as a leader in Ukraine’s apart-hotel sector. DEOL Partners is a developer and operator for the Senator chain.

AWARDS: In 2014, Ukrainian Hospitality Awards recognized Senator Maidan as the Best Apart Hotel in the country. The Senator chain won the Hospitality award for the fourth time, besides other prizes including Special Commendation from Europeproperty. com and City Awards 2013. Also the chain was a winner of TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice 2014. Furthermore, TripAdvisor ranked Senator Hotels and Apartments among top hotels in Kiev.
