• Baked apples with pork cheek julienne
• Tongue and shrimp Olivier salad or Persimmon and prosciutto salad
• Pork medallions in bacon with creamy mushroom sauce or Veal tenderloin steak, Tuscan style

FISH MENU,1 450 UAH:

• Gravlax salmon with red caviar and toasts
• Grilled tiger prawns with ranch dressing
• Gravlax salmon and citrus salad or Tiger shrimp salad with passion fruit sauce
• Salmon steak with stewed spinach in sabayon sauce or Dorado with vegetables in caviar sauce
