What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests can check in at 14:00 and check out at 12:00. Depending on the circumstances and if requested in advance, we can permit guests to check-in at an earlier time and check-out at a later time than is usually permitted. Please inquire at the Front Desk to see if this option is available.
Is the price per apartment or per person?
The room price is based on double occupancy. There is a fee of 50 usd per person per night for an extra bed.
Do all apartments have double beds?
No, several of our apartments feature only twin beds.
Do I get fresh towels and soap?
In addition to fresh bath towels and soap, we also provide complementary toothpaste, a toothbrush and a shaving kit.
Do you provide breakfasts?
The continental breakfasts are served at:
• Senator Maidan, in the designated breakfast room, from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Mon – Fri and from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sat – Sun
• Senator Victory Square, in the cozy restaurant located in the apart-hotel, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Mon – Fri and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sat – Sun
At Senator City Center’s location the breakfast services are not available. We would be happy to recommend local restaurants or cafes which serve breakfast. Please contact the Front Desk for additional information.
Are the property locations near the downtown area?
All three Senator hotels are located in the very heart of downtown Kiev. The main business and entertainment districts are within walking distance.
Are the apartments safe and secure?
Yes, of course. Safety and security are the most important factors we take into consideration when offering accommodations. We provide a 24/7 security service that is dedicated to protecting all apartments and cars parked near the building. Apartments have safes where you can store money and valuables securely.
Can I call from the apartment?
Yes, you can make both local and long-distance calls. Their cost will be included in your bill.
Can I bring a pet?
No, for the convenience of all our guests, pets are not allowed.
How many people can live in 1 apartment?
A maximum of three persons can be accommodated in one apartment of each type.
Can you arrange an airport pick-up service?
Yes, we can arrange an airport pick-up service. A representative will await you at the airport and transfer you to Senator Hotels and Apartments.
Where can I park my car?
You can park your car in available spaces in the parking lot in front of the building.
