Senator recommends: guide through the festive events in Kyiv
These winter holidays promise to be bright and unforgettable. Senator Hotels and Apartments have selected the most interesting events for you to dive into the charming and festive atmosphere of Kyiv.
From December 19, 2017 to January 14, 2018, a large-scale cultural and art project “NeoRik na Sofiyi” is planned. Within the project such events will be held:
- Illumination festival with special art objects;
- New Year’s Fair on Vladimir passage, where you can buy souvenirs, hot food and drinks;
- Attractions on Mikhailivska Square (children’s chain carousel, desire tunnel, slide, Ferris wheel, exhibition of ice sculptures);
- 12 concerts with participation of symphonic orchestras and Ukrainian stars.
On the night of January 1, a festive concert will take place on Sofiyska Square with the participation of the symphony orchestra and DJs who will present Ukrainian folk songs in modern style. Also, the citizens of Kyiv and guests of the city can expect a surprise from the organizers.
From December 22, 2017 till January 14, 2018, the cultural and art project “All-Ukrainian Christmas Exhibition” will be held at the Central House of Artists (Sichovykh Striltsiv Street 1-5).
From December 23, 2017 till January 14, 2018, the citizens of Kyiv and guests of the city will be able to visit the festival “Carol-fest” in the Central Park of Culture and Leisure.
From December 26, 2017 till January 9, 2018 everyone will be able to visit the Festive themed fair, a park of fairy-tale sculptures and attractions “Fairy tales of the old Podol” on Kontraktova Square (square near the monument to Peter Sagaidachny).
